What time can I get into my bungalow?

Beach
How far is the village from the beach?
The Village is only 200 m from the beach, which can be reached by a short, pleasant walk along the sidewalk.
There are no roads to cross or stairs to climb or descend.
What is available to me on the beach?
1 beach umbrella 1 deckchair 1 sunbed per bungalow
Is the position of the umbrella reserved?
Each bungalow has its own position, which is assigned on arrival and remains the same throughout your stay.
Is the beach sandy or rocky?
The beach in our village has fine, golden sand.
Does the sea immediately deepen?
No, you normally touch the bottom for the first 50 to 60 meters
When arriving, at what time will it be possible to enter the Bungalow?
We ensure the handover of the bungalow by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive earlier, no worries: starting from 11:00 a.m. you can enter the holiday village and use all the common areas and the restaurant for lunch.
We will hand over your bungalow as soon as it is ready!
What if I arrive by train?
If you arrive by train, you can take advantage of our partner shuttle service! It can be booked and is always available for both the Ascea station, where regional trains arrive, and the Vallo della Lucania-Castelnuovo Cilento station, which is also used by Intercity and Frecce trains.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Absolutely. The Wi-Fi is free in the common areas of the village!
Is a car parking available?
Of course, it is possible to park your car on the premises.
Can I take my pet with me?
Unfortunately, you can't. Although we love animals, the Village is not equipped to accommodate pets, even if they are small-sized.
Is there a hairdryer in the bungalow?
No, there is not, but if you forget it at home, you can always borrow one at the reception.
Is there a kitchenette?
The bungalows are studios and do not have a kitchenette.
Is there air conditioning?
Some units of the Classic and Comfort types are equipped with it: they must be requested when booking.
Daily air conditioning surcharge: € 10.00.
Style and Comfort bungalows feature a ceiling fan with blades, while Classic bungalows feature a tower fan.
Where can the laundry be hung?
Each bungalow has its own drying rack.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Of course, you can rent bicycles. We only have a limited number available, so we recommend that you book them before you arrive in the village.
Restaurant
How is the restaurant organised?
The service is a buffet and seats are not assigned.
The cuisine is Mediterranean in style and always includes, for lunch and dinner, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, a variety of side dishes and a salad corner!
What if I have special dietary needs?
You can let us know in advance and we will certainly find a solution that suits you.
I have celiac disease, are you prepared for it?
For those suffering from celiac disease, we prepare dishes and meals in a separate dedicated area.
What is planned for children?
In addition to the restaurant buffet, children can help themselves at the mini club corner, where they will always find plain pasta, which is pasta with butter or olive oil and Parmesan cheese, as well as with tomato or ragù sauce of their choice, and tasty fish sticks!
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Our buffet is constantly being replaced.
If we arrive in the morning, can we use the restaurant for lunch?
Our packages include all meals from lunch on the day of arrival until breakfast on the day of departure.
Unused meals can be replaced by packed lunches/dinners.
Are there high chairs in the restaurant?
Yes, you will always find a high chair for your child in the restaurant
Children
What is the Biberoneria?
It's a space we have created and equipped with kitchenette for cooking baby food for the youngest babies.
In our baby corner we provide small jars of unsalted vegetable broth without any flavourings, vegetables/legumes puree and daily homemade baby food prepared by our chef.
Are there play areas in the village?
Yes of course, both inside and outside.
Starting at what age is it possible to access the mini club?
The mini club is for all children from the age of 4.
Younger children can participate in all activities accompanied by their parents!
Health
What if I get sick on holiday?
Inside the holiday village there is a free of charge infirmary service run by a professional nurse for first treatments.
The nearest hospital is in Vallo della Lucania. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach it.
What to do in the surroundings
Are there things to do in the surroundings?
Ascea is located in the centre of Cilento, a wonderful natural park that starts in Agropoli and ends in Sapri. The location is excellent for visiting Paestum, Acciaroli, Castellabate to the north, Palinuro and the caves, Camerota and the beach of the infreschi to the south. Inland, we recommend the Carthusian monastery of Padula.
